AI Production Artist, Senior Level

A senior-level AI production artist who takes client briefs and creative direction and delivers polished AI-generated visual content independently to broadcast-quality standards. At the senior level, this person can also step into a leadership position on a project when needed, guiding mid and entry-level team members and making creative production decisions within the scope set by the division lead. There are 2 open positions at this level.

Generate AI visual content (images, video, keyframes) against client briefs and shot requirements using ComfyUI, Flux, and other production tools Lead shot-level execution when VFX supervisor is focused elsewhere; provide direction to mid and entry-level artists Review and provide feedback on mid and entry-level artists' output before delivery to ensure quality standards Refine and iterate on AI-generated content based on client feedback and internal dailies reviews Participate in dailies and contribute to creative problem-solving on challenging shots Test new AI models and tool updates for production readiness; flag viable improvements to the team Document production workflows, tool-specific techniques, and generation parameters for team knowledge sharing Contribute to workflow optimization by identifying more efficient approaches to recurring production tasks Collaborate with compositors, 3D artists, and other team members to deliver integrated final deliverables Participate in R&D efforts to evaluate new AI tools and techniques for production applicability

Significant experience with AI image and/or video generation tools in a production or professional context, Strong visual judgment and the ability to evaluate whether AI output meets quality standards, Comfort working under production deadlines with client feedback cycles and revisions, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with project direction, Willingness to lead when needed: guide team members, make production calls, and maintain output quality

VFX production background (strongly preferred; brings problem-solving instincts and production discipline), Experience with ComfyUI, Flux, Nano Banana, VEO, Seedance, or similar, Python scripting ability, Client-facing communication experience

This is a production role — this person executes to requirements with craft and judgment, not creative redirection. The ideal candidate is reliable, exercises good judgment, and is willing to step up and run things independently when asked.

The role is centered on AI-generated visual content production using tools such as ComfyUI, Flux, VEO, Seedance, and others; significant hands-on AI image and/or video generation experience in a production or professional context is a core requirement.

Remote, initial engagement is a 3-month trial contract.
