AI Production Artist, Mid Level

A mid-level AI production artist who executes assigned AI generation work reliably and at quality. Takes direction from senior artists and the division lead, completes production tasks on schedule, and builds skills through daily execution across live projects. These are the backbone of production volume.

Generate AI visual content to specifications provided by senior artists or VFX supervisor Execute assigned shots and iterate based on feedback from dailies and internal reviews Apply established production workflows consistently across assigned tasks; maintain generation parameters and versioning Organize and manage generation outputs, file naming, versioning, and deliverable handoff Flag technical issues, quality concerns, or tool problems to senior team members promptly Participate in dailies; incorporate feedback to improve output quality with each revision cycle Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated final deliverables Learn and adopt new tools and techniques as the production pipeline evolves Support R&D experiments and document findings when assigned

Working experience with AI image and/or video generation tools, Solid visual judgment and attention to quality in output, Reliable execution: ability to take direction, stay on schedule, and flag issues early, Comfort with production pace and feedback/revision cycles, Growth mindset: actively learning and improving through daily work

VFX production background (problem-solving instincts and production discipline transfer directly), Familiarity with ComfyUI, Flux, or similar AI generation tools, Basic scripting or technical troubleshooting ability

ComfyUI, Flux, Nano Banana, VEO, Seedance, Kling, Higgsfield, After Effects, Weavy (Figma Weave), Flora, Frame.io, Kitsu, Miro

A dependable producer of work who executes well, communicates clearly when something is off, and improves steadily. The team needs people who solve problems rather than creating them; VFX-background candidates transitioning to AI are preferred at this level.

Leadership or management experience, Client-facing communication skills, Formal degree, Extensive AI experience (solid production craft with willingness to learn is sufficient)

Working experience with AI image and/or video generation tools is required; extensive AI experience is not mandatory as solid production craft with willingness to learn is considered sufficient.

Remote position. Initial engagement is a 3-month trial contract.
