AI Production Artist, Entry Level

An entry-level AI production artist who handles smaller, well-defined tasks under close supervision from senior and mid-level team members. This is a learning position where the right person builds skills through daily execution on real projects, bringing energy, reliability, and genuine interest in AI production work.

Execute well-defined AI production tasks as assigned by senior artists or the division lead Learn and apply AI generation tools and workflows through hands-on project work Deliver assigned work on time and to the quality standards set by the team Support senior and mid-level artists with asset preparation, file organization, and production logistics Ask good questions and flag issues early rather than spinning silently Document what you learn as part of the team's knowledge-sharing culture Organize and prepare assets, references, and project files for senior and mid-level artists Participate in dailies; apply notes to improve output quality with each iteration Maintain organized file structures, generation logs, and deliverable tracking Document tool tips, workflow notes, common issues and solutions for team knowledge sharing

Basic familiarity with AI image and/or video generation tools (even self-taught or hobbyist level), Visual sensitivity: an eye for quality, composition, and whether something looks right, Reliability and follow-through on assigned tasks, Willingness to learn quickly in a fast-moving production environment, Clear communication: the ability to ask for help, report status, and flag problems

Any VFX, design, or visual arts background (even educational), Familiarity with ComfyUI or any node-based workflow tool, Basic understanding of production concepts (deadlines, revisions, deliverables)

Eager, reliable, and not precious about the work — comfortable doing small tasks well while learning the bigger picture. Shows up, delivers what they say they will, and improves visibly week over week.

Professional production experience, Formal degree or certification, Advanced AI tool proficiency, Leadership or client-facing skills

The role is centered on AI production work; basic familiarity with AI image and/or video generation tools is a must-have, even at a self-taught or hobbyist level.

Remote position. Initial engagement is a 3-month trial contract.
