About the role
A senior creative who brings traditional storytelling, filmmaking, or art direction sensibility to AI-generated content at a high level. Unlike the AI Production Artist (who executes to specific client briefs), the AI Creative Artist interprets scripts, develops visual approaches, and makes creative choices about how scenes, sequences, and deliverables should look and feel. At the senior level, this person sets the creative standard for AI-generated content and can lead creative execution on a project independently.

Review creative output across assigned projects for consistency, quality, and alignment with the brief

Who thrives here
This person thinks in terms of story, emotion, and audience impact rather than just technical output quality — they have the creative courage to propose ideas and the judgment to know which ones serve the project. They are comfortable collaborating with and respecting production-oriented team members, understanding that both interpretation and execution roles are essential.
Not required
AI tool experience, VFX or post-production background, Formal degree (though film school or equivalent creative education is a plus), Technical skills beyond basic computer literacy
On AI
